Junior C Football
Best of luck to our Junior C Footballers who play Ballyroan/Abbey on Wednesday 26th of May a big support would be welcome . Both our senior Hurlers and Footballers are going very well in their respective leagues, our Under 14 Hurlers are still preparing for the national Feile Finals in Clare next month

Lotto Draw
Our club Lotto draw takes place every Thursday night in the club house,tickets can be purchased from club members or on the night.

Juvenile Report
Their was several teams in action over the last week in Under 16 Football Portlaoise "A" played host to Stradbally Parish Gaels in the league on Tuesday Night and came away comfortable winners on a scoreline of 1-21 to 0-4, Portlaoise Under 16 "B" footballers played host to Clough/Ballacolla in the Under 16 Football League Division 2 despite a very good performance they finished on the losing end of the scoreline this was only their second defeat in the league this year. Portlaoise had two under 12 football teams in action on Thursday Night , Portlaoise "A" played host to O'Dempseys and came away comprehensive winners on the scoreline of 1-16 to 1-4 the team have had a great start to the season unbeaten in the league so far and are progressing very well under the expert guidance of David Fitzpatrick and Adrian White , Portlaoise "B" under 12 footballers were also in action on Thursday Night at home to Clough/ Ballacolla after a great performance were unlucky to be beaten by one point on the scoreline of 1-6 to 1-5. Portlaoise Under 16 Hurlers were in action in the league on Friday Night at home to Clough/ Ballacolla and came away very comprehensive winners , their is a break now from under 16 and minor games due to the junior and leaving cert. exam best of luck to all players taking exams. Portlaoise juvenile G.A.A. Club would like to wish St. Pauls N.S. the best of luck in the Cumann na mBunscoil finals this week, they are competing in the Division 1 final against Rathdowney or Abbeyleix, the game takes place in O'Moore Park on Thursday at 11am, also we would like to say hard luck to the gaelscoil and Scoil Bhride who were both beaten in Semi-finals last week against Shanahoe and Cullahill. Finally well done to the Portlaoise players involved in Laoise's minor football win against Wicklow at the weekend namely David Seale , Philip O'Connell and in particularly goalkeeper Graham Brody who gave a man of the match display pulling off some great saves keeping Laois in the Leinster championship
Golf Classic 2010
