
Portlaoise GAA Social Night – Maggie May’s
On the second Friday of every month Portlaoise GAA have a very informal social night gathering – and in this we support our town and club publicans by alternating where we go.
There are eight disciplines to choose from;
1. Rince Foirne (Irish Dancing)
2. Amhranaiocht Aonair (Solo Singing)
3. Aithriseoireacht/Scealaiocht (Recitation/Storytelling)
4. Bailead Ghrupa (Ballad group)
5. Leiriu (novelty act)
6. Ceol Uirlise (Instrumental Music)
7. Rince Seit (Set Dancing)
8. Traith Na gCeist (quiz)
Competitors for Scór Na nÓg must be under 17 years of age as of the 1st January 2022.
