At Portlaoise GAA / CLG Phort Laoise, we aim to create an inclusive and welcoming environment where everyone has the opportunity to engage with our games and culture.

We encourage full participation, personal growth, and development, inspiring a lifelong connection to our club and community. Regardless of age or experience in Gaelic Games, we are committed to providing a place and a team for every member, ensuring that everyone who wishes to be part of Portlaoise GAA / CLG Phort Laoise feels valued and supported.

Our Town All Stars is a group dedicated to providing inclusive sports and social experiences for children of all abilities. We do this through fun, supportive activities, the All Stars team coaches and mentor create a welcoming environment that champions participation and belonging, breaking down barriers to ensure every child has the opportunity to enjoy sport.

Our Town Tigers section is our academy which caters for boys and girls U5 and U6, offering a fun and inclusive environment in which to learn Gaelic games.

Our Juvenile Girls and Juvenile Boys sections U7 to U12 are part of Town Óg, with these age groups progressing to our competitive age groups from U13 up to Minor Girls and Minor Boys.

We compete competitively across Senior, Intermediate and Junior for Gaelic Football, Hurling, Ladies Football and Camogie.

We also have a social women’s football team as part of our Gaelic For Mothers and Others.
