Club Aclaí is a welcoming, supportive fitness initiative designed for those who want to improve their health and wellbeing in a comfortable, non-intimidating environment. Whether you’re completely new to fitness or just looking for a fresh start, Club Aclaí is the perfect place to begin.

This initiative aligns closely with our club’s overall mission to enhance the health and wellbeing of our members. Club Aclaí is about more than just exercise, it’s about building confidence, forming connections, and creating a space where like-minded individuals can come together to support one another on their fitness journey.

We’re incredibly lucky to have a team of experienced, motivated club members who are always happy to share their knowledge and help others feel at ease. Their encouragement and enthusiasm help make every class a positive, high-energy experience.

The response to Club Aclaí so far has been overwhelmingly positive, with fantastic uptake and feedback from participants. The atmosphere is uplifting, the progress is real, and the friendships are growing.

With the support of our Health and Wellbeing Team, we plan to continue and expand this initiative to benefit even more members of our club community. We look forward to seeing Club Aclaí grow, and to welcoming even more of you to the journey!
