A fantastic result for our U13 hurlers yesterday evening against Portarlington in McCann Park.
It was brilliant to see so many players getting valuable game time, with every member of the panel getting out on the field at some stage. The lads faced a physical challenge throughout but stood up to it superbly and were rewarded with a well-earned victory.
As coaches, it is especially encouraging to see the continued development of this group. Their hard work at training, willingness to learn and determination on the pitch are all beginning to show, and they can take great confidence from this performance.
