What an incredible day for our players, coaches and supporters!
Our Féile journey began with a fantastic display of skill and teamwork:
✅ v An Port Mór (Armagh) – 8-04 to 1-00
✅ v Myshall (Carlow) – 4-05 to 1-03
✅ v Nurney (Kildare) – 3-06 to 0-00
Winning all three group games secured our place in the semi-final, but the players knew there was still work to be done.
Semi-Final v Burren Rangers (Carlow)
In a tough, physical contest, Portlaoise kept their cool and produced some brilliant scores to come out on top, 5-05 to 0-01.
Final v Loup (Derry)
With determination, heart and a real desire to bring the Féile title home, the girls settled quickly into the game. Every score was earned through hard work and teamwork. Portlaoise led at half-time 1-02 to 0-00 after a superb opening half.
As the sun continued to shine, the players dug deep and showed tremendous grit and determination, finishing strongly to secure a 2-07 to 0-00 victory.
A massive congratulations to all the players and management on an outstanding achievement. Your hard work, commitment and team spirit have made the club incredibly proud.
