Mick Mulhall was one of the greatest goalkeepers ever produced by Laois, with whom he played for over a decade.
He won nine county medals between 1971 and 1987, and two more as sub to Paddy Bracken, as well as five Leinster club medals in 1972, 1976, 1982, 1985, 1987 and an AllIreland club in 1983. He also played with Leinster and was Laois Footballer of the Year for 1982.
