Portlaoise GAA Club has lined out in 46 Laois Senior Men’s Football Championship finals, bringing home the title 35 times – the most by any club in the county.

Our first final appearance, back when we were known as Maryborough, came in 1889 with a hard-fought win over Wolfhill on a scoreline of 0-3 to 0-2.

The most recent triumph was in 2019, edging past Killeshin in a tight contest, 0-14 to 2-7.
